Simple Sentences

To acknowledge someone

English: Hi!/Hello!
Italian: Ciao! / Ciao!
English: Good morning/afternoon/night/day!
Italian: Buon mattino / pomeriggio / notte / giorno!

With strangers

English: Nice weather we have today; don't you think so?
Italian: Bel tempo che abbiamo oggi, non ti pare?
English: So, do you come here often?
Italian: Allora, vieni qui spesso?
